Would give a zero if I could. Front desk was indifferent, rooms (I asked for a room closer to the office for safety) were filthy (dead bugs, AC covered with black dust, stained linens, bathroom was disgusting, no smoke detector).

I was not a happy camper, i had booked this hotel about 4 to 5 months ago, when i got there the lady at front desk said " there was a tornado that past, and fema had paid these people for the rooms" but i wasn't told not even messaged about this or i would've found another hotel, plus later that evening after i left they messaged me that my credit card was outdated, my credit card is not outdated, i continue using my card, that was just an excuse to cover i assume the tornado story. Didn't appreciate the way this hotel maniment approched this situation!
